Construction and installation of sidewalks, patios, and a side entrance as part of the Urban Stack project.
Exterior cleaning will be completed at the Urban Stack, including sidewalks, patio areas, and the side entrance.
All specified surfaces will be surface cleaned using appropriate equipment and detergents to remove dirt, grease, food residue, gum, and other buildup typical of high-traffic restaurant areas. Edges and corners will be detailed as needed to ensure uniform results.
All areas will be thoroughly rinsed upon completion to remove remaining residue and leave surfaces clean and ready for use.
