QualityPRO Power Washing Asphalt Parking Lot Wash

This project involved a thorough cleaning and restoration of a curbside area and adjoining asphalt parking lot in Chattanooga, TN.

The work began with a complete removal of moss and accumulated debris along the curb line. All visible organic growth, including moss and small weeds, was carefully dislodged and cleared away, along with built-up dirt, leaves, and litter that had collected against the curb. This step restored clear water flow along the curb edge and prepared the surface for washing.

Once the curbside area was cleared, the asphalt parking lot and curb were treated with a blended detergent solution formulated to break down traffic film, embedded dirt, dust, and general surface residue. This solution also targeted mold, mildew, and other organic staining common in shaded or frequently damp areas. The detergents were applied evenly and allowed appropriate dwell time so they could penetrate and loosen contaminants from the asphalt and concrete surfaces.

Following the treatment, the entire area was thoroughly rinsed with directed water pressure. Attention was given to seams, cracks, and low spots to ensure that loosened debris and detergent residue were fully washed away rather than left to resettle. The rinse process carried away the remaining contaminants, leaving the curbside and parking lot surfaces noticeably cleaner, brighter, and free of moss, loose debris, and surface buildup.

By the end of the project, the curbside drainage path was unobstructed, the asphalt parking lot had a refreshed, well-maintained appearance, and all targeted organic growth and residues had been effectively removed.
