QualityPRO Power Washing
In Chattanooga, this project involved a complete transformation of a residential property, from initial planning through final detailing.
The work began with a thorough assessment of the existing conditions, including structural elements, mechanical systems, and overall layout. Based on the homeowner’s goals, a detailed scope of work was established, addressing both functional improvements and aesthetic upgrades.
Interior work included selective demolition, reconfiguration of interior walls to improve flow, and preparation of all surfaces. New electrical and plumbing layouts were implemented to support updated fixtures and appliances, brought fully up to current code. Insulation, drywall installation, taping, and finishing were completed throughout, followed by interior painting with a coordinated color scheme chosen to complement the natural light and existing architectural features.
The kitchen and bathrooms were fully updated. This included installation of new cabinetry, countertops, and tile work, as well as setting new sinks, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures. Flooring was replaced or refinished as needed, with careful attention to transitions between rooms and long-term durability in high-traffic areas.
On the exterior, repairs were made to any damaged siding and trim, and surfaces were prepped and painted to restore curb appeal and protect the structure from the elements. Where required, minor grading and drainage adjustments were completed to direct water away from the foundation.
Throughout the project, scheduling and coordination were managed to minimize disruption while maintaining a steady pace of work. Inspections were passed at each phase, and punch-list items were addressed promptly. The result is a finished home that functions more efficiently, looks modern and cohesive, and is ready for long-term use without the need for further immediate repair.
