In Chattanooga, this project involved a full exterior transformation and repair of a residential property, focusing on both structural integrity and curb appeal.
The work began with a detailed inspection of the existing exterior. Damaged and weathered materials were identified, including deteriorated trim, compromised siding sections, and areas showing signs of moisture intrusion. Based on this assessment, a phased scope of work was implemented.
Old, failing materials were carefully removed, and any underlying substrate damage was addressed before new components were installed. Rotten wood was replaced, framing issues were corrected where needed, and the surfaces were properly prepped to ensure long-term performance of the new finishes.
New siding sections were installed to match the existing profile and style of the home, with particular attention paid to alignment, joint placement, and fastener patterns for a consistent, finished look. Trim around windows, doors, corners, and rooflines was replaced or rebuilt as needed, and then sealed to create a tight building envelope
