In Chattanooga, this project involved a complete exterior and interior refresh of a residential property, focused on durability, curb appeal, and long-term protection.

On the exterior, all existing painted surfaces were carefully inspected and prepared. Failing or flaking paint was removed, and glossy areas were scuff-sanded to ensure proper adhesion. Any minor surface imperfections, such as small cracks or nail holes, were patched and smoothed. The team then applied a high-quality exterior coating system designed to withstand the region’s humidity and seasonal temperature swings. Particular attention was given to trim, fascia, soffits, and other detailed elements, ensuring clean lines and consistent coverage across the entire façade.

Windows and doors were masked and protected throughout the process, and all landscaping around the home was covered to prevent overspray or debris. After the main body color was applied, accent colors were added to shutters, doors, and select architectural features, giving the home a refreshed, cohesive look that
