QualityPRO Power Washing 26′ Box Truck – Standard Exterior Wash – Monthly Service

This ongoing monthly project involved providing a consistent, standard exterior wash service for a fleet of 26' box trucks operating in the Chattanooga area. The work focused on maintaining a clean, professional appearance for the vehicles while removing accumulated road film and environmental grime that can build up with regular use.

Each service visit covered the designated trucks in the fleet (units 20, 39, 41, 43, 46, and 62), all of which received the same systematic cleaning process. The job began with a full exterior pre-rinse to loosen surface debris, paying particular attention to areas that typically collect more buildup, such as lower panels, wheel wells, rear doors, and roof edges.

A specialized detergent blend was then applied using pressure-washing equipment. This solution was selected to effectively break down dirt, soil, dust, mud, and other residue commonly picked up on delivery routes, while still being safe for the vehicle’s painted surfaces, decals, and trim. The detergent was allowed appropriate dwell time to lift contaminants without drying on the surface.

After the cleaning agents had sufficient time to work, each truck was thoroughly pressure-rinsed from top to bottom. This step ensured that all detergent, loosened grime, and residue were fully removed, leaving a clean, streak-free exterior. Particular care was taken around seams, latches, and hardware to clear out trapped dirt and prevent buildup over time.

Because this was a monthly service, the work also emphasized consistency and efficiency. The trucks were cleaned on a regular schedule to keep them presentable for daily operations, reducing the level of heavy buildup and making each subsequent wash more effective. Over time, this routine helped maintain the overall condition of the exterior surfaces and supported a uniform, well-kept appearance across the fleet.
