This project involved a full exterior and selective interior transformation of a residential property in Chattanooga, completed with a focus on durability, curb appeal, and long-term performance.

On the exterior, the work began with a thorough assessment of the existing cladding and trim. All compromised materials were removed, and damaged substrates were repaired to ensure a solid, even base. New siding was then installed, aligned carefully to maintain consistent reveal lines around the entire home. Special attention was given to transitions at corners, doors, and windows to create clean, sharp lines and prevent future water intrusion.

The trim and fascia were upgraded and reworked where necessary, including replacement of deteriorated boards and re-anchoring loose sections. All exposed wood surfaces were sanded, primed, and finished with a high-quality exterior paint system designed to withstand Chattanooga’s humidity and temperature swings.
