On this project, a complete exterior cleaning was carried out across multiple locations in the greater Chattanooga area, including Fort Oglethorpe, Hixson, and several Chattanooga neighborhoods. The work focused on restoring curb appeal and protecting building materials while being mindful of surrounding landscaping and property features.

The job began with a detailed walkthrough of each site to identify problem areas such as heavy mildew, algae growth, traffic film, and weather staining. Surfaces assessed included vinyl and painted siding, brickwork, gutters and fascia, hardscape areas (concrete walkways, driveways, and patios), and select exterior fixtures.

A soft-wash method was used on siding and other delicate exterior surfaces. This involved applying a low-pressure cleaning solution specifically calibrated to break down organic growth without damaging paint, vinyl, or caulking. After proper dwell time, all surfaces were thoroughly rinsed to reveal a clean, uniform finish. Special attention was given to corners, trim lines
