At Urban Stack in Chattanooga, the work focused on restoring and refreshing the exterior walking and dining areas, with attention to both appearance and safety.

The project covered the main sidewalks around the restaurant, the outdoor patios where guests dine, and the side entrance used by both customers and staff. All surfaces were first inspected to identify built-up grime, food and drink stains, mildew, and areas with embedded dirt from high foot traffic.

A thorough pressure washing process was then completed across the concrete and hardscape areas. The sidewalks were cleaned to remove accumulated dirt, gum spots, grease, and traffic residues, bringing the concrete back to a brighter, more uniform appearance. On the patios, both the main dining areas and the walkways around the seating were carefully washed to lift food spills, drink stains, and general buildup without disturbing surrounding fixtures or landscaping.

The side entrance received special attention, as it tends to collect more grease, dirt, and debris from regular use. This area was deep-cleaned to improve traction underfoot and to reduce any slip risk from oils or moisture that had collected over time.

Throughout the project, water flow and overspray were managed to avoid disturbing guests, neighboring businesses, or nearby plantings. Drains and runoff paths were monitored to ensure proper water handling and to keep adjacent areas clean.

By the end of the job, the sidewalks, patios, and side entrance at Urban Stack presented a noticeably cleaner, brighter, and more welcoming appearance, with improved surface safety and a refreshed environment for both guests and staff.
