The work began with a detailed inspection of all painted surfaces to identify peeling areas, minor cracks, and previous coating failures. Exterior siding, trim, doors, and fascia were pressure-washed, then hand-scraped and sanded where necessary to remove loose paint and create a sound surface. Any gaps around windows, doors, and trim were caulked to improve weather resistance and provide a cleaner finished look. Bare wood and repaired areas were spot-primed with a bonding primer to ensure proper adhesion and uniform coverage.
