This project involved a recurring monthly maintenance wash for a busy commercial property in Chattanooga, focused on high-traffic concrete and access areas. The work was completed on a set schedule each month to preserve a clean, safe appearance for both customers and staff.
The service area included all primary exterior access points:
- **Kitchen door ramp:** The concrete ramp used for kitchen access was regularly pressure washed to remove grease, food residue, organic buildup, and general dirt tracked from deliveries and staff traffic. Particular attention was given to slip-prone areas to help maintain a safer walking surface.
- **Rear entrance door ramp:** This employee and service entry was cleaned to remove accumulated grime, tire marks, and debris from repeated foot and cart traffic. Edges and corners where dirt tended to collect were thoroughly rinsed and flushed.
