QualityPRO Power Washing Exterior Refresh Package in Signal Mountain TN
This project involved a comprehensive exterior refresh of a one-story Signal Mountain home, including soft washing the front facade, porch, and hardscape surfaces alongside interior and exterior window glass cleaning.
This project involved a complete exterior refresh of a one-story home in Signal Mountain, focusing on the hardscape surfaces, front façade, porch, and glass. The work was carried out in several coordinated stages to restore cleanliness, improve curb appeal, and help protect exterior materials from organic growth and buildup.
**Stone Walkways, Patios, and Stairs**
All stone surfaces—including the walkways, patios, and stairs—were surface washed using appropriate detergents designed to break down organic growth and general soiling. The process began with a careful application of cleaning solution to address mold, mildew, dirt, and other contaminants embedded in the stone and in the textured joints. After allowing the detergents time to work, these areas were thoroughly surface washed to lift and carry away buildup. The work concluded with a complete rinse of all stone surfaces to remove residual detergent and dislodged material, leaving the walkways and patio clean and ready for regular use.
**Interior & Exterior Window Glass Cleaning – One Story**
Every accessible window on the one-story home was cleaned on both the interior and exterior, focusing exclusively on the glass panes. On the inside, smudges, fingerprints, light film, and dust were removed to restore clarity. On the outside, the cleaning removed dirt, pollen, light buildup, and water spots that had accumulated on the glass. The work did not involve detailing tracks, cleaning frames, sills, or screens; instead, it was concentrated on producing clear, streak-free glass surfaces. Each pane was cleaned and finished carefully to provide a consistent, uniform appearance from both inside and out.
**One-Story Front House Wash**
The entire front elevation of the home, including soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and all vertical wall surfaces, received a complete soft wash. Surfaces included a mix of materials such as siding, brick, and other common claddings. A low-pressure application of detergents was used to break down and remove accumulated dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and general surface residue without risking damage to the materials.
Where necessary, stubborn spots and light staining were gently agitated to loosen embedded dirt before rinsing. Once the cleaning solution had done its work, all areas were thoroughly rinsed to carry away loosened contaminants and residues. The result was a visibly cleaner, brighter front façade, with improved overall appearance and reduced organic growth. This wash was completed under a 1-Year Mold & Mildew Warranty (with the company’s extended 2-Year coverage standard applying to roof cleaning, where relevant).
**Front Porch – Wood and Concrete**
The front porch surfaces, including both wood and concrete sections, were soft washed using a carefully selected blend of detergents appropriate for mixed materials. The solution was applied to dissolve and lift dirt, dust, mildew, mold, and other surface residue that had built up over time on horizontal and vertical porch surfaces. After allowing adequate dwell time, the porch was gently washed and then thoroughly rinsed, ensuring that cleaning agents and loosened contaminants were fully removed. This left the porch looking refreshed, with the wood and concrete both presenting a cleaner, more welcoming appearance at the main entry.
Across the entire project, the work was performed with an emphasis on protecting materials while achieving a consistent, uniform clean. The completed job left the stonework, windows, front façade, and porch in markedly improved condition, enhancing both the look of the property and the longevity of its exterior finishes.
