This project involved a complete exterior rinse of a newly constructed home for Collier Construction in Chattanooga, with attention to both the primary structure and all surrounding hard surfaces.

Work began with a thorough rinse of the house itself, including exterior walls, trim, and accessible soffits. Special care was taken to remove construction dust, light debris, and surface dirt without disturbing any fresh finishes or materials. Water pressure and spray patterns were adjusted as needed around windows, doors, and newly installed fixtures to protect caulking, paint, and seals.

The detached garage received the same level of attention. All exterior faces and entry points were rinsed to clear away dust, mud splatter, and residue that typically accumulate during the final stages of construction and site work.

Hard surfaces around the home were then addressed in sequence. The walkway was fully rinsed to remove footprints, dust, and loose material, creating a clean and uniform appearance from the curb to the front entry. The driveway was rinsed to clear off construction traffic residue, light dirt, and scattered debris, leaving a clean surface appropriate for turnover to the property owner.
