This project involved a complete exterior rinse of a newly constructed property for Collier Construction in Chattanooga, including the home, detached garage, and surrounding hardscapes.

Work began with a thorough assessment of the new construction surfaces to identify areas with accumulated construction dust, light dirt, and residue. All accessible exterior walls of the house were carefully rinsed from top to bottom, with particular attention paid to corners, trim work, window frames, and entry areas where debris tends to collect during the building process.
