QualityPRO Power Washing Pool House Exterior and Interior Cleaning in Chattanooga TN
This project involved a comprehensive interior and exterior deep cleaning of the Chattanooga pool house, including low-pressure washing of the siding, pressure washing the patio, and sanitizing the bathroom, kitchenette, and common area floors while protecting the surrounding landscaping.
For Collier Construction’s pool house in Chattanooga, the completed wash project focused on restoring and refreshing all exterior and interior hard surfaces while preserving the integrity of the finishes.
The work began with a thorough cleaning of the pool house siding. All vertical surfaces were first inspected for mildew, surface contaminants, and oxidation. A measured, low-pressure washing approach was used along with appropriate cleaning solutions to lift organic growth and built-up grime without damaging the siding or forcing water behind panels. Care was taken around trim, windows, and door seals to prevent water intrusion and surface etching.
Around the pool itself, the entire patio was deep-cleaned. This included pre-treating heavily trafficked and stained areas, loosening embedded dirt, sunscreen residue, and organic material, then pressure washing the surface to achieve a more uniform appearance. Joints, edges, and expansion lines were given extra attention to remove growth and debris, leaving a cleaner and safer walking surface for barefoot traffic.
Inside the structure, all hard floors in the bathroom, kitchenette, and common area were addressed. These areas were first cleared and swept, then treated with appropriate cleaners based on the specific floor materials. In the bathroom, particular focus was placed on sanitizing and removing buildup around high-use zones and moisture-prone corners. In the kitchenette, care was taken to remove grease, spills, and food-related residues without damaging the finish or creating a slippery film. The common area floors were washed to remove tracked-in dirt from the pool and patio, restoring a consistent, well-maintained look throughout the interior.
Throughout the project, attention was given to controlling runoff and protecting surrounding landscaping and pool water. All phases—from surface preparation to the final rinse—were completed with the goal of leaving the pool house and its surrounding hard surfaces clean, refreshed, and ready for regular use.
