This project involved a complete exterior soft wash of a two-story residence in Chattanooga, along with a dedicated cleaning of the home’s wood deck. The work focused on restoring the appearance of the property while protecting the building materials and surrounding landscaping.

For the house wash, all soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, and downspouts were cleaned, along with every accessible vertical surface of the home’s exterior. This included a combination of siding types—such as brick, vinyl, Hardie board, and any stucco surfaces—ensuring a uniform result across the entire façade.

The deck surface, railings, and accessible framing were cleaned to remove buildup while preserving the integrity and appearance of the wood. After treatment, the deck was completely rinsed to remove all detergents and residues, preparing it for use or for any future sealing or staining.

The completed work left the home’s exterior and deck noticeably brighter and refreshed, with organic growth and surface films removed and the underlying materials looking clean and well maintained.
