This project involved a full exterior soft wash of a one-story residence in Rising Fawn, along with a detailed concrete cleaning of the front walkway and the pad by the garage.

The work began with a complete cleaning of the home’s soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, and downspouts, followed by all exterior vertical wall surfaces. This included a mix of materials—siding, brick, vinyl, Hardie board, and stucco—each treated appropriately for its specific surface. Patios were also included in the scope of work.

A low-pressure soft washing process was used, applying a carefully blended detergent solution designed to break down and remove accumulated dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and general surface residue. In areas where light staining or embedded dirt was more stubborn, the team followed up with gentle agitation and hand-scrubbing to lift the contaminants without damaging the surface. All treated areas were then thoroughly rinsed to ensure a clean, uniform finish and to prevent any detergent residue from remaining on the home.

The concrete portion of the project focused on the front walkway and the concrete pad at the garage. These surfaces were first pre-treated with detergents to loosen mold, mildew, dirt, and other buildup. A surface washer was then used to clean the concrete evenly, followed by a thorough rinse to flush away remaining residue and reveal a brighter, refreshed appearance.

The house wash portion of the job was completed to meet the standards of a 1-year mold and mildew warranty, reflecting the level of care and thoroughness put into restoring and protecting the home’s exterior.
