A complete exterior soft wash was performed on a one-story residence in Rising Fawn, thoroughly cleaning the soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and siding using a low-pressure system and gentle agitation to safely remove organic growth and dirt.

The vertical wall surfaces of the home—including siding, brick, vinyl, Hardie board, and any stucco sections—were then cleaned in a similar manner. A soft wash solution was applied across all elevations to loosen contaminants such as surface grime, pollen, light organic growth, and atmospheric residue. In selective areas where staining or embedded dirt was more stubborn, the surfaces were gently agitated by hand or with soft brushes to lift discoloration while maintaining the integrity of finishes and coatings.
After the detergents had appropriate dwell time to work, all treated areas were thoroughly rinsed from top to bottom. This step ensured that cleaning agents, loosened debris, and residues were fully removed, leaving the exterior surfaces clean, uniform, and free of streaking. Care was taken around doors, windows, landscaping, and other sensitive areas to avoid overspray and protect adjacent materials.
