This project involved a detailed exterior cleaning and preparation of a commercial space in Chattanooga, focusing on both appearance and surface readiness for new vinyl decals.

Work began with a thorough cleaning of the ceiling in the designated area. Using a low-pressure soft wash approach and a carefully blended solution of mild detergents, all visible mold, mildew, pollen, dust, and general surface buildup were removed. The process restored a uniform, clean look to the ceiling while protecting the underlying material from damage that can occur with high-pressure washing.

Window frames received particular attention, as they needed to be properly prepared to accept vinyl decals. Each frame was scrubbed by hand to remove accumulated grime, oxidation, and any loose residue that could interfere with decal adhesion. This step ensured a clean, stable surface for future signage and created crisp visual edges for the final appearance.

The glass itself was also scrubbed and washed with preparation in mind rather than just general cleaning. Any film, contaminant, or residue that might compromise vinyl bonding was carefully addressed. The result was clear, streak-free glass with a surface properly conditioned to hold decals securely.

Once the ceiling, frames, and windows were complete, the immediate floor area was lightly rinsed to remove any drips, overspray, or loosened debris from the cleaning process. This kept the workspace safe, tidy, and presentable, and ensured that no cleaning solution or residue was left behind.

Throughout the project, low-pressure SoftWash equipment was used on brick, stone, or block surfaces to avoid etching or damage while still completely rinsing away detergents and contaminants. All sides of the treated areas were fully rinsed down after application, leaving the building exterior clean, refreshed, and ready for the next phase of upgrades, including the installation of vinyl window graphics.
