QualityPRO Power Washing
In Chattanooga, this project involved a comprehensive roofing replacement on an existing residential property, carried out from initial inspection through final cleanup.
The work began with a full assessment of the existing roof system, including shingles, underlayment, flashing, and ventilation components. The team documented areas of wear, storm damage, and prior repair attempts to determine the most effective replacement approach and materials appropriate for the home’s structure and the local climate.
Once the scope was confirmed, the crew removed the old roofing material down to the decking. Any damaged or compromised sheathing was identified and replaced to ensure a sound, uniform base. The roof surface was then carefully cleaned and prepared to receive the new system.
A new underlayment system was installed to improve moisture protection and extend the life of the roof. Ice and water shield was applied in vulnerable areas—such as valleys, eaves, and around roof penetrations—to add an extra layer of defense against leaks. All flashing around
