This project involved a complete exterior rinse of a newly constructed residential property for Collier Construction in Chattanooga. The work focused on removing construction dust, light debris, and surface residue from the home and surrounding hardscapes, leaving the property clean and ready for final presentation.

The process began with a thorough rinse of the house exterior, including all accessible siding and trim. Special attention was given to areas where construction activity typically leaves buildup—around windows, doors, entryways, and along the base of the structure. The rinse was performed in a way that protected newly installed finishes while effectively clearing away dust and loose material.

The detached garage received the same careful treatment, ensuring that exterior walls, door surrounds, and transitions between the building and driveway were fully rinsed and free of construction residue. This helped create a consistent, finished look across all visible structures on the property.

All primary hardscape surfaces were also rinsed, including the front walkway, driveway, and patio.
