This project involved a complete exterior maintenance package for a two-story home in Cleveland, focusing on soft washing selected elevations, cleaning the gutter system, and washing the concrete driveway and sidewalk.

On the house itself, only the right side elevation and the rear section above the screened-in porch were treated, in line with the homeowner’s request. These areas included a mix of exterior materials—soffit, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and vertical wall surfaces such as siding and any brick, vinyl, Hardie board, or stucco present on those sections.
