The work performed consists of soft washing and rinsing the primary structure’s exterior surfaces, three rear decks, a treehouse with its decks and bridges, and surface cleaning the concrete flatwork, all backed by a one-year warranty against mold and mildew regrowth.
Exterior cleaning will be completed for the primary structure, including all soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and exterior vertical surfaces such as siding, brick, vinyl, Hardie board, and/or stucco.
A soft washing process will be used, applying a detergent solution to remove dirt, dust, mold, mildew, algae, pollen, cobwebs, and other surface residue. Areas with light staining or embedded dirt may be lightly scrubbed as needed. All surfaces will be thoroughly rinsed upon completion.
Flatwork areas including the driveway, sidewalk, curb at the street, and front walkway will be surface cleaned using appropriate equipment and detergents to remove mold, mildew, dirt, and other surface buildup. All areas will be thoroughly rinsed after cleaning.
The treehouse, decks, and connecting walking bridges will be cleaned using a soft wash method. This includes application of a detergent solution to remove organic growth, dirt, and surface residue, followed by a thorough rinse.
Three rear decks attached to the house, including associated stairs, will also be soft washed. Detergents will be applied to remove mold, mildew, dirt, pollen, and other buildup, followed by a complete rinse of all surfaces.
All applicable work is covered under a 1-year warranty against the return of mold and mildew. Roof cleaning, if included, is covered under a 2-year warranty.
