QualityPRO Power Washing Exterior Refresh Soft Wash and Concrete Cleaning in Ringgold Georgia

This project in Ringgold involved a full exterior refresh of a one-story residence, addressing the home’s siding and trim, concrete surfaces, screened porch, and a Retaining Wall Pressure Washing.

The work began with a complete soft wash of the home’s exterior, including the soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and all vertical wall surfaces. The property featured a mix of materials—siding and brick along with other common finishes such as vinyl, Hardie board, and stucco—so a low-pressure soft wash process was used throughout to protect the surfaces. After treatment, the entire area was thoroughly rinsed to clear away remaining residue and reveal the restored surface.

The screened porch was cleaned both inside and out. This included washing the interior floor and all accessible exterior surfaces within the porch area. Screens, framing, and surrounding trim were carefully treated to remove accumulated dust, pollen, and organic growth while preserving the integrity of the screen material and finishes.

Finally, the Retaining Wall Pressure Washing was surface washed using a detergent blend designed to address mold, mildew, dust, dirt, pollen, and other deposits common on masonry and hardscape features. The wall was treated and then rinsed thoroughly to ensure a consistent, clean appearance across the entire structure.
