QualityPRO Power Washing Foodliner Wet Goods Tankers Deluxe Wash Bi-Weekly Service, Foodliner Dry Goods Tanker Deluxe Wash Bi-Weekly Service

Pressure cleaned designated areas using detergents, applied brightener where needed, and thoroughly rinsed to remove all surface residue.

Foodliner’s Chattanooga facility engaged our team to perform a recurring, bi-weekly deluxe wash program for both wet goods and dry goods tankers. The work focused on restoring and maintaining the exterior condition of a large, mixed fleet while meeting Foodliner’s internal cleanliness standards and supporting a consistent, professional appearance on the road.

For each scheduled service, tankers were brought through a structured, multi-step exterior cleaning process. We began with a full pressure clean of the tank surfaces, undercarriage, and associated components using a carefully selected blend of detergents. This detergent mix was chosen to break down road film, product residue, and accumulated grime without damaging finishes, decals, or sensitive fittings. Special attention was paid to common buildup zones—valves, piping, ladder assemblies, fenders, and connection points—where residue can collect and be more difficult to remove.

Once the initial soil and film were lifted, we evaluated each unit individually to determine where brightener was needed. On tank surfaces and components showing oxidation, dulling, or staining, we selectively applied a brightening agent to enhance reflectivity and restore the metal’s appearance. This step was not used uniformly across all surfaces, but rather targeted to areas where it would provide a clear visual improvement while preserving material integrity.

After detergent cleaning and brightener application, each tanker received a thorough, high-pressure rinse. This final pass ensured that all cleaning agents, loosened residue, and contaminants were fully removed from the surface. We verified that no streaking, spotting, or chemical residue remained, particularly on polished or highly visible areas. The process was repeated consistently across a broad range of unit numbers, including but not limited to:

- Wet Goods Tankers: 305120, 307020, 310023, 312060, 312066, 312067
- Dry Goods Tankers: 501081, 504031, 506073, 506159, 509058, 513045, 513202, 514098, 514102, 514207, 515037, 518005, 518130, 520007, 524177, 514025, 511071, 510116

Throughout the engagement, the work was completed on a bi-weekly schedule, providing Foodliner with a predictable cadence of cleaning that aligned with fleet usage and rotation. By maintaining this regular interval, we were able to prevent heavy buildup, reduce the time and intensity required for each subsequent wash, and keep the appearance of both wet and dry goods tankers consistently high.

The completed services left the Chattanooga-based units free of visible surface residue, with brightened, well-rinsed exteriors ready for continued operation and customer-facing use.
