QualityPRO Power Washing Goggin Day Cab Truck Standard Wash – Bi-Weekly, Goggin Trailer Tanker Standard Wash – Bi-Weekly

This project involved providing bi-weekly standard washes for Goggin’s day cab trucks and tanker trailers at their Chattanooga location. The work focused on maintaining a consistent, professional appearance for the fleet while protecting the equipment from the long-term effects of road grime and environmental buildup.

For each service visit, the day cab trucks and tanker trailers were thoroughly pressure washed using a carefully selected combination of detergents and brighteners. The process began with a pre-rinse to remove loose dirt and debris from all exterior surfaces, including cabs, tanks, wheels, and accessible undercarriage areas. After the initial rinse, a detergent solution was applied to break down traffic film, road salt, grease, and oil residue that accumulate during regular operation.

Brightening agents were then used where appropriate on metal and painted surfaces to help restore and maintain their original luster. This step was especially important on the tanker trailers, where stainless and aluminum components are prominent and must project a clean, well-maintained image.

Special attention was given to:

- Removing caked-on mud and dirt from lower panels, fenders, steps, and wheel areas
- Eliminating grease and oil buildup around fuel tanks, wheel hubs, and frame components
- Treating areas prone to mold and mildew, particularly in moisture-collecting seams and joints
- Rinsing thoroughly to ensure no detergent or brightener residue remained

Over the course of the ongoing bi-weekly schedule, this routine cleaning significantly reduced the accumulation of contaminants that can damage finishes and corrode metal over time. The completed work left each truck and trailer with a clean, uniform appearance, supporting Goggin’s brand image on the road and contributing to easier inspections and ongoing maintenance.
