This project involved a complete exterior cleaning of a one-story residence in Apison, with attention to both the home’s vertical surfaces and its concrete areas.

All soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and vertical wall surfaces were cleaned, including a mix of siding materials—such as vinyl, brick, and any fiber cement (Hardie board) or stucco present on the home. A low-pressure soft wash method was used to protect the finishes while still delivering a deep clean. A carefully blended detergent solution was applied to break down and lift away common exterior buildup, including dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and general surface residue.

Where needed, the siding received gentle agitation to address light staining and areas of embedded dirt that did not release with detergent alone. Every cleaned surface was then thoroughly rinsed to remove all detergents and loosened contaminants, leaving a clean, uniform appearance across the exterior of the house.

In addition to the house wash, the concrete surfaces on the property were surface washed using appropriate detergents designed to treat mold, mildew, dirt, and other residues commonly found on driveways, walkways, or patios. These areas were then thoroughly rinsed to ensure an even, streak-free result and restore a brighter, refreshed look to the concrete.

The work on this property was completed in alignment with the company’s cleaning standards and is covered under the existing 1-year mold and mildew warranty on exterior cleaning (with a 2-year warranty applying to any roof cleaning that may have been performed separately).
