This project involved a complete exterior cleaning of a property in Chattanooga, focusing on both the home’s exterior surfaces and the surrounding concrete areas.

The work began with a detailed soft wash of the home’s exterior. All soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and vertical wall surfaces were cleaned, including a mix of siding types—brick, vinyl, Hardie board, and stucco. A carefully blended detergent solution was applied using low pressure to break down and lift away accumulated dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and other surface contaminants. Where light staining or embedded dirt was present, these areas were gently scrubbed to loosen residues without damaging the finish. After treatment, all surfaces were thoroughly rinsed to ensure that both the contaminants and cleaning solutions were fully removed, leaving the exterior clean and uniform in appearance.

The scope also included a complete concrete wash for all high-traffic and visible hardscape areas. Walkways, the driveway, and the pool deck were treated with appropriate detergents designed to remove mold, mildew, general dirt buildup, and other surface residues common in outdoor concrete and hardscape. A surface washer was used to deliver consistent cleaning results across large flat areas, reducing streaks and providing an even finish. Once cleaned, all concrete surfaces were thoroughly rinsed to wash away loosened debris and cleaning agents, restoring a brighter, refreshed look to the property’s hard surfaces.

By the end of the project, the home’s exterior and surrounding concrete areas had been fully washed and rinsed, significantly improving the overall appearance and curb appeal of the property while helping to preserve the condition of the exterior materials.
