This Ringgold project involved a full exterior refresh of a one-story home and the surrounding hardscapes, with attention to multiple surfaces and details.

The work began with a complete soft wash of the home’s exterior, including the soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and all vertical wall surfaces. This covered a mix of materials—siding, brick, vinyl, and any other cladding present such as Hardie Board or stucco. A carefully balanced detergent solution was applied to break down surface contaminants, targeting built-up dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and other residue that had accumulated over time.

Where light staining and embedded dirt were present, these areas were addressed with gentle agitation to lift the grime without damaging the finishes. Once the detergents had adequate dwell time, all treated surfaces were thoroughly rinsed, restoring a clean and uniform appearance across the exterior.

The concrete areas received a dedicated surface wash, including the driveway, front curb, front walkway, and rear concrete pad. These hard surfaces were treated with detergents specifically suited for concrete, designed to remove mold, mildew, dirt, and other residues that commonly build up in high-traffic and shaded areas. After cleaning, each concrete section was thoroughly rinsed to carry away loosened contaminants and leave a consistent, refreshed look.

The Retaining Wall Pressure Washing on the property was also surface washed with a detergent blend to remove mold, mildew, dirt, dust, pollen, and other deposits that tend to collect on vertical masonry. This process helped restore the wall’s original color and definition, improving the overall appearance of the landscape.

The wood deck and steps were cleaned using a soft wash approach appropriate for wood surfaces. A milder detergent blend was applied to remove mold, mildew, dirt, and pollen without causing damage or excessive wear to the wood grain. The solution was allowed to work, then carefully rinsed away to leave the deck and steps clean and ready for use or future sealing/staining, as needed.

Finally, the mailbox received its own soft wash to match the refreshed look of the home and surrounding areas. It was treated with the same type of detergent blend to remove organic growth, dirt, dust, and pollen, then rinsed clean so it complemented the rest of the completed work.

All areas were rinsed thoroughly at the end of the project, and the home’s exterior cleaning was completed under a 1-year mold and mildew warranty, reflecting the long-lasting nature of the results.
