This project involved a complete exterior rinse of a newly constructed home in Chattanooga, focusing on removing post-construction dust, light debris, and surface residue to prepare the property for final presentation and move‑in.
The work began with a thorough rinse of the house itself, including all accessible exterior walls and surfaces. Construction dust, sawdust, and light dirt were carefully rinsed away, paying attention to corners, ledges, and trim where debris tends to collect during the building process. Care was taken to avoid forcing water behind siding or into vulnerable areas, ensuring the exterior was cleaned without compromising any building materials.
The detached garage received the same level of attention. Its exterior surfaces were rinsed down to remove fine construction dust and residue that had settled during the build.
