Exterior soft washing of main house, porches, and three garages, cleaning all surfaces and gutters to remove dirt, mold, and stains, backed by a 1-year mold & mildew warranty.
Exterior cleaning will be completed for the main house, including both the front and back porches, as well as three separate garage buildings. All structures will be cleaned in a consistent manner.
Work includes cleaning of soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, and downspouts. All exterior vertical surfaces will also be cleaned, including siding, brick, vinyl, Hardie board, and/or stucco where present.
A soft washing process will be used, applying a detergent solution designed to remove dirt, dust, mold, mildew, algae, pollen, cobwebs, and other surface residue. Areas with light staining or embedded dirt may be lightly scrubbed as needed. All surfaces will be thoroughly rinsed upon completion.
The same process will be applied to each of the three garage buildings, including all soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and exterior wall surfaces.
All work is covered under a 1-year warranty against the return of mold and mildew. Roof cleaning, if included, is covered under a 2-year warranty.
