Exterior surfaces, including soffits, fascia, gutters, and siding, were soft washed and rinsed to remove dirt, mold, mildew, and residue, backed by a 1-year mold & mildew warranty.
Exterior cleaning was completed for a two-story residential home located in Cleveland TN.
Work includes cleaning of all soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, and downspouts. All exterior vertical surfaces will also be cleaned, including siding, brick, vinyl, Hardie board, and/or stucco where present.
A soft washing process will be used, applying a detergent solution designed to remove dirt, dust, mold, mildew, algae, pollen, cobwebs, and other surface residue. Areas with light staining or embedded dirt may be lightly scrubbed as needed. All surfaces will be thoroughly rinsed upon completion.
All work is covered under a 1-year warranty against the return of mold and mildew. Roof cleaning, if included, is covered under a 2-year warranty.
