This project involved performing a complete exterior rinse of a newly constructed home in Chattanooga, ensuring that all hard surfaces were clean and presentable following the building process.
The work began with the main house, where all exterior surfaces were thoroughly rinsed to remove construction dust, light dirt, and residue left from recent trades. Particular attention was given to corners, ledges, window surrounds, and siding transitions where debris tends to collect. The goal was not heavy restoration, but a careful, even rinse that left the home’s exterior clean and ready for occupancy, final inspection, or listing photos.
The attached garage received the same level of care. The exterior walls and doors were rinsed to clear away dust and marks from construction traffic, deliveries, and installation work. This helped restore a uniform appearance from the street, tying the look of the garage in with the freshly rinsed home.
The concrete and hardscape around the property were also rinsed, including the walkway, driveway, and patio areas. These surfaces typically accumulate a mix of fine construction dust, mud, and light debris from foot and vehicle traffic throughout the build. Each area was methodically rinsed from the highest point outward, pushing dirt and residue away from the structure and off the usable surfaces. The driveway was cleared of dust tracks and light staining from vehicles and equipment, while the walkway and patio were cleaned of footprints, sweepings, and fine debris to create a neat, move‑in‑ready appearance.
By the end of the job, the home and its surrounding hard surfaces had been fully rinsed and refreshed. What had been a typical construction site exterior—with dust, light debris, and the normal signs of a recent build—was brought to a clean, finished state that matched the quality of the new construction itself.
