This project involved a complete exterior rinse of a newly constructed residential property for Collier Construction in Chattanooga. The work focused on removing construction-related dust, light dirt, and residue from all major exterior hard surfaces to present a clean, finished appearance before occupancy.
The house and attached garage were thoroughly rinsed from top to bottom, including exterior walls, trim, and accessible surfaces around entry points. Care was taken around doors, windows, and fixtures to avoid forcing water into openings while still clearing away fine dust and debris left from the build process.
All primary ground-level hardscapes were also addressed. The concrete driveway and walkway were rinsed to remove loose dirt, construction dust, and surface residue from foot and equipment traffic. The patio area received the same treatment, ensuring a uniform, clean look where outdoor living spaces meet the home’s exterior.
Throughout the job, attention was given to even coverage and consistent rinse patterns so surfaces dried without streaking or patchiness. The result was a clean, presentable home exterior and surrounding hardscape, ready for final punch list items, client walk-throughs, and move-in.
