QualityPRO Power Washing
In Chattanooga, this project involved a complete remodel of an existing bathroom, transforming it into a more functional, updated space while working within the constraints of the home’s original layout and structure.
The work began with a full removal of the outdated fixtures and finishes, including the old tub/shower unit, vanity, flooring, and lighting. Once the space was cleared, all surfaces were inspected for moisture damage and structural issues. Any compromised subfloor sections and wall areas were repaired or reinforced to provide a solid base for the new finishes.
Plumbing lines were adjusted to accommodate the updated layout, including relocating supply and drain lines where needed for the new shower configuration and vanity. All work was brought up to current code standards. Electrical updates included new dedicated circuits where required, the addition of modern, code-compliant GFCI outlets, and improved overhead and task lighting to make the room brighter and more practical for everyday use.
A custom tile shower replaced the previous unit.
