This project involved a comprehensive residential roofing replacement and exterior improvement on a home in the greater Chattanooga area, including Lookout Mountain and Ooltewah. The work was carried out from initial inspection through final cleanup, with close attention to existing structural conditions and overall appearance of the home.

The job began with a full assessment of the existing roof system. The crew documented signs of age-related wear, minor leaks, and areas of inadequate ventilation. Decking was checked for soft spots and water damage, and all existing roofing materials—shingles, underlayment, and flashings—were carefully removed to expose the roof structure. Any compromised decking was cut out and replaced to restore a solid, uniform nailing surface.
