QualityPRO Power Washing Commercial Concrete Washing and Cleanup in Chattanooga TN

This project involved an after-hours exterior cleanup of a commercial parking area in Chattanooga, which included removing leaf debris and weeds, pressure washing concrete surfaces with detergents to eliminate mold and grime, and applying specialized treatments to remove black spray paint from concrete pads and steps.

This project involved a comprehensive exterior cleanup and concrete washing of a commercial parking area in Chattanooga, carried out during evening hours to avoid disrupting normal business operations. All work was performed starting after 5:00 p.m., ensuring that customer traffic and on-site activities were not impacted.

The scope of work began with a detailed cleanup of the front and side parking lot areas. Crews removed accumulated leaf debris and overgrown weeds from around curbs, islands, and pavement edges. This initial step restored a neat, well-maintained appearance to the lot and prepared the surfaces for effective washing.

Once the loose debris and vegetation were cleared, attention turned to the concrete surfaces throughout the property. The team cleaned multiple areas, including:

- Concrete parking pads
- Upper and lower walkways
- Curbs and concrete borders
- Stairways
- The rear concrete pad and rear steps

All these surfaces were treated using a surface washer in combination with a carefully selected blend of detergents. This cleaning solution was formulated to break down and remove common exterior contaminants such as mold, mildew, dust, pollen, dirt, and other surface residues. After the detergents had time to work, each area was thoroughly rinsed to flush away loosened buildup and cleaning agents, leaving a uniform, refreshed appearance across the concrete.

A specific focus of the project was the removal of black spray paint that had been applied to the concrete pad and steps. After the initial washing, the team inspected these areas to assess the remaining visibility of the spray paint. Where markings were still noticeable, a specialized spray paint remover was applied directly to the affected sections. Following the dwell time recommended for the product, the crew performed an additional round of cleaning and rinsing. This process was repeated as needed to reduce the spray paint as much as possible, significantly improving the overall look of the entry and step areas.

By the end of the project, the parking lot and surrounding walkways were free of leaves, weeds, and loose debris, and the concrete surfaces showed a marked improvement in cleanliness and appearance. The mold, mildew, and general grime that had built up over time were removed, and the targeted treatment of the spray paint left the pad and steps noticeably cleaner and more presentable for visitors and employees.
