This project involved a complete exterior cleaning of a two-story home in Soddy-Daisy, including the house, driveway, front walkway, sidewalk, and concrete pool deck. The work focused on restoring the appearance of the property while protecting the building materials and surrounding surfaces.

The house wash addressed all primary exterior components: soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and all vertical wall surfaces, including siding, brick, vinyl, Hardie board, and any stucco areas. A soft-wash process was used throughout to avoid high-pressure damage. A carefully blended detergent solution was applied to break down and remove built-up dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and general surface residue. Where light staining or embedded dirt was present, those sections were gently agitated and then rinsed to lift contaminants without harming the finish. All treated areas were then thoroughly rinsed to leave a clean, uniform appearance across the entire exterior.

In addition to the house itself, the project included cleaning the concrete driveway, front walkway, and sidewalk. These hard surfaces were treated with detergents designed to target organic growth such as mold and mildew, as well as ground-in dirt and everyday residue. A surface-washing process was used to provide even, consistent cleaning across the concrete, followed by a complete rinse to clear away loosened contaminants and cleaning agents.

The concrete pool deck received the same level of attention. Detergents were applied to break down mold, mildew, dirt, and any surface film common in high-moisture pool areas. The deck was then surface washed and thoroughly rinsed to restore a brighter, cleaner look while maintaining a safe, slip-resistant surface.
