This project involved a comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning of the first floor of a self-storage facility in Rossville, with a focus on both appearance and long-term surface preservation.

Inside the building, all loose trash and debris were carefully collected and removed from the first-floor common areas. Walkways, corridors, and access points to the storage units were cleared to improve both cleanliness and accessibility. Particular attention was paid to corners, edges, and less visible areas where dust and debris tend to accumulate, leaving the interior noticeably cleaner and more presentable for customers.

Outdoors, the parking lot and surrounding drive areas were thoroughly policed for trash and loose debris. All visible litter and scattered materials were removed, creating a cleaner, safer environment for tenants and visitors. This step also helped prevent debris from being tracked inside or washed into drains.

The concrete porch and ramp at the entrance received a light rinse to remove loose dirt and surface contaminants without disturbing the structure or any adjacent materials. The upper portion of the lot closest to the building was then washed more thoroughly, as this high-traffic area tends to collect more buildup from vehicles and foot traffic. The cleaning was performed with consideration for the surrounding surfaces, including the freshly sealed blacktop.

Where the new blacktop sealer was present, only a light rinse was applied as needed to prevent any damage to the seal while still maintaining a clean, uniform appearance. Care was taken not to disturb the newly treated surfaces, protecting the integrity of the recent sealing work.

For the concrete and other washable hard surfaces, a surface wash was performed using a carefully selected blend of detergents formulated to break down and remove mold, mildew, dust, pollen, dirt, and general surface residue. The detergents were applied evenly and allowed to work before being rinsed away. Following the wash, all treated areas were thoroughly rinsed to remove cleaning solutions and dislodged contaminants, leaving the surfaces clean, bright, and free of visible residues.

The result was a cleaner, more welcoming first-floor environment inside the building, along with a refreshed and well-maintained appearance for the concrete and parking areas surrounding the facility.
