This project involved a complete exterior soft wash of a two-story home in Apison, along with a detailed cleaning of a wood deck.
For the house, all soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, and downspouts were thoroughly cleaned, along with every accessible vertical surface of the exterior. This included a mix of materials—siding, brick, vinyl, and Hardie board—each treated according to its specific cleaning needs. A soft wash system was used, applying a carefully blended detergent solution designed to break down and lift away accumulated dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and general surface residue without damaging the finishes.
Where light staining or embedded dirt was present, those areas were gently scrubbed to help release deeper contaminants from the surface. After treatment, all sections of the exterior were rinsed thoroughly to remove remaining detergents and residues, leaving a clean, refreshed appearance across the full façade of the home.
The wood deck received the same soft wash attention, with detergents applied to target mold, mildew, dirt, and pollen that had settled into the grain and on horizontal surfaces. The cleaning process restored a more natural, uniform look to the deck while respecting the integrity of the wood. All deck surfaces were carefully rinsed to ensure no cleaning agents were left behind.
