This project involved a full exterior soft wash and gutter cleaning on a two-story home in Hixson, with attention to every major vertical and exterior water-management surface.

The work began with a thorough soft washing of the home’s exterior, including the soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and all vertical wall surfaces. These wall surfaces included a mix of materials—such as siding, brick, vinyl, and Hardie board—and each was cleaned using a low-pressure soft wash method appropriate for the specific substrate. A carefully blended detergent solution was applied to break down and lift away accumulated dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and other surface residues that had built up over time.

After allowing the detergents time to work, the surfaces were gently rinsed, with particular care taken around vulnerable areas like window frames, doors, and trim. Where light staining or embedded dirt remained on the siding or other vertical surfaces, those sections were gently scrubbed and then rinsed again to even out the finish and improve overall appearance. The result was a clean, refreshed exterior with improved curb appeal, while still protecting the integrity of the materials with a low-pressure approach.

In addition to the house wash, all gutters on the two-story home were fully cleaned out. Leaves, twigs, and accumulated debris were removed from the gutter channels by hand and with appropriate tools.
