This project involved a complete exterior soft wash of a one-story barndominium in Collegedale, with special attention to both the main structure and its detailed architectural features.

The work began with a thorough cleaning of all exterior vertical surfaces, including a mix of materials: siding, brick, vinyl, and Hardie board. Each surface was treated with an appropriate soft-wash detergent blend designed to break down and remove common organic growth and contaminants without risking damage to the finishes. This blend effectively addressed accumulated dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and general surface residue that had built up over time.

The barndominium’s distinctive elements received focused attention. The exterior walls were fully washed, along with the dormers and the upper patio area. The team then moved into the covered spaces, cleaning the inside porch walls and ceilings.
