This project involved a complete soft wash of a two-story home in Apison, including the main house, front steps, Retaining Wall Pressure Washing, and a covered back porch.

The work began with a full exterior inspection to identify areas of mold, mildew, heavy pollen buildup, cobwebs, and light staining. All soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, and downspouts were included, along with every vertical surface of the home—siding, brick, and any vinyl, Hardie board, or stucco elements.

A low-pressure soft wash process was used throughout the job to protect the home’s finishes while still achieving a deep clean. A custom blend of detergents was applied to break down surface contaminants such as dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, and cobwebs.
