QualityPRO Power Washing Residential House Wash – Two Story, Residential Exterior Window Washing – Glass Only

This completed project in Soddy-Daisy involved a full soft wash of a two-story residence along with exterior glass-only window cleaning.

For the house wash, all primary exterior surfaces were treated, including the soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and vertical wall surfaces. The home featured a mix of materials—siding and other common finishes such as brick, vinyl, Hardie board, or stucco—which were all safely cleaned using a soft-wash method. A controlled blend of detergents was applied to break down and remove the typical buildup found on residential exteriors: general dirt and dust, mold and mildew growth, pollen accumulation, cobwebs, and other light surface residues.

Where needed, areas of light staining and embedded dirt on the siding received additional attention. These spots were gently agitated by hand to lift stubborn contaminants without damaging the surface. The entire exterior was then thoroughly rinsed to ensure that both the detergents and loosened debris were fully removed, leaving a uniformly clean appearance.

In addition to the house wash, the job included exterior-only cleaning of the window glass throughout the home. Each accessible exterior pane was washed to remove dirt, pollen, and light buildup from the glass surface. This portion of the work was limited to the glass itself and did not involve detailed cleaning of frames, sills, screens, or tracks. Pricing for the window work was based on the total number of windows cleaned.

The house wash portion of the project is covered under the company’s 1-year mold and mildew warranty (with roof cleanings, when performed, covered for 2 years), providing added assurance that the freshly cleaned exterior surfaces will remain in good condition for an extended period after completion.
