The work began with a thorough assessment of the home’s existing condition, including siding, trim, doors, and interior walls and ceilings. All exterior surfaces were cleaned and prepared, which included pressure washing, scraping loose or peeling paint, sanding rough areas, and spot-priming bare or repaired sections. Any minor surface flaws, such as small cracks, nail holes, and weathered areas, were repaired to ensure a uniform finish.
