This one-story home in Soddy-Daisy received a full exterior soft wash focused on restoring a clean, uniform appearance to all vertical surfaces and trim. The work included the soffits, fascia, exterior-facing gutters, downspouts, and all exterior wall surfaces, whether vinyl, brick, Hardie board, or stucco.

A low-pressure soft wash process was used to protect the home’s finishes while still delivering a deep clean. A carefully mixed blend of detergents was applied to break down organic growth and surface buildup. This treatment was designed to address common contaminants such as dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and other residue that had accumulated over time.

After allowing the detergents to dwell and work into the affected areas, the surfaces were gently rinsed from top to bottom. Where light staining or embedded dirt was present—particularly on siding and areas near downspouts—those sections were lightly scrubbed to lift stubborn grime without damaging the material. Special attention was given to transition points such as trim lines, corners, and around windows and doors to ensure an even, consistent result with no visible streaking or leftover residue.

The gutters and downspouts were cleaned on the exterior faces to remove streaks, tiger striping, and discoloration, helping them blend back in with the trim. Soffits and fascia were treated to remove small insect marks, cobwebs, and mildew spotting, brightening the overall appearance of the eaves.

Once cleaning and rinsing were complete, all areas were checked to confirm that detergents had been fully removed, runoff was controlled, and no spotting or film remained on adjacent surfaces. The project concluded with a uniform, refreshed exterior and the work is backed by a 1-year mold and mildew warranty on the washed surfaces, with a 2-year warranty in place for any roof cleaning associated with the property.
