For this project in Chattanooga, the work focused on a complete exterior and interior transformation of a residential property, carried out from initial assessment through final walkthrough.

The project began with a detailed inspection of the existing structure and finishes to identify areas of wear, damage, and outdated materials. Based on this assessment, a plan was developed to refresh the home’s appearance, improve durability, and address any functional issues that had emerged over time.

On the exterior, all necessary surface preparation was completed first. This included cleaning, scraping, and sanding weathered areas, followed by repairing or replacing damaged trim, siding sections, and caulking around windows and doors. Once surfaces were properly prepped, high-quality, weather-resistant coatings were applied in multiple stages to ensure even coverage and long-term performance. Particular attention was given to transitions, edges, and high-exposure areas to protect the structure from Chattanooga’s seasonal humidity and temperature changes.

The interior work involved updating key living spaces
