This project involved a complete exterior repaint and light restoration of multiple residential properties located in Chattanooga, TN; Shelbyville, TN; and Birmingham, AL. The work focused on improving curb appeal, protecting exterior surfaces, and providing durable finishes tailored to the climate and existing building conditions in each area.

The job began with a detailed inspection of all exterior substrates, including siding, trim, doors, shutters, porches, and fascia boards. Each surface was evaluated for peeling paint, moisture damage, mildew, and structural wear. Based on this assessment, a site-specific plan was developed for each property, accounting for existing paint type, age of previous coatings, and any repairs required before painting.
