QualityPRO Power Washing Goggin Day Cab Truck Standard Wash – Bi-Weekly, Goggin Trailer Tanker Standard Wash – Bi-Weekly
Pressure washed designated areas using detergents and brighteners to remove dirt, mud, grease, mold, mildew, and other surface residues.
This project involved a recurring, bi-weekly exterior wash program for Goggin’s day cab trucks and tanker trailers in Chattanooga. The work focused on maintaining a consistent, professional appearance across the fleet while also protecting vehicle surfaces from buildup and premature wear.
For each service visit, all designated day cab units (G1607, G2015, G2304, G2401, G2402, G2606, G2607) and tanker trailers (65, T47, T48, T52, T56, T59) were thoroughly pressure washed using a carefully selected combination of detergents and brighteners. The process was designed to break down and remove typical over-the-road and yard contaminants, including:
- Road film and surface dirt
- Caked mud and splatter from daily operations
- Grease and oily residues, particularly around wheel areas and lower panels
- Organic growth such as mold and mildew that can develop on shaded or less-frequently dried surfaces
The cleaning sequence began with a pre-rinse to dislodge loose material, followed by application of detergents formulated to cut through grease and film without damaging paint, decals, or brightwork. Brightening agents were then used where appropriate to restore luster to metals and improve overall visual impact of the units, especially on the tanker exteriors.
Controlled pressure settings and proper nozzle selection ensured that all surfaces were cleaned effectively, including:
- Tractor cabs and sleeper exteriors (where applicable)
- Grilles, bumpers, fuel tanks, and steps
- Trailer tanks, end caps, and undercarriage-visible areas
- Wheels and lower side panels most exposed to splash and buildup
The bi-weekly schedule allowed the fleet to remain in consistently clean condition rather than requiring heavy restorative cleaning. By addressing dirt, grease, mold, and mildew before they became severe, the project preserved the trucks’ and tankers’ professional appearance and supported easier inspections and maintenance.
Over the course of the completed work, every listed unit received dependable, repeatable cleaning to a uniform standard, so that the Goggin day cabs and tanker trailers in Chattanooga presented a clean, well-maintained image each service cycle.
