In Chattanooga and Louisville, this project involved a complete exterior restoration and targeted repair program for a portfolio of commercial properties. The work was planned and executed to minimize disruption to tenants and daily operations while addressing both aesthetic and structural concerns.

The project began with a detailed assessment of each building’s exterior envelope. This included inspecting all facades, evaluating existing coatings and sealants, identifying areas of moisture intrusion, and documenting substrate failures such as cracking, delamination, and spalling. Based on these findings, a site-specific scope of work was developed for each property to ensure consistent quality and appearance across the portfolio while respecting the unique conditions of each structure.

Surface preparation was a major component of the effort. All loose and failing coatings were removed, and substrates were thoroughly cleaned using a combination of pressure washing and targeted chemical treatments where needed.
